Return Policy
Return Policy Effective 8/1/24:
Returns will be accepted (with a receipt) within 14 days on apparel that is unwashed, unworn, and has tags attached.
Returns are not accepted on non-apparel items, gifts, and accessories.
Returns will not be accepted after 14 days.
Jenny in the City is not responsible for, and will not accept returns on worn pieces that have wash wear or regular wear.
Clearance items (ending in .99) are exchange only (no refunds).
To make a return by mail you can print your own label, or you may contact the store to have a return label sent to you. Return shipping will be deducted from the refund credit amount.

Defective Policy
It is the customers responsibility to inspect all items upon delivery to ensure they are in satisfactory condition. If you receive any items that are defective* upon delivery please email us at shopjennyinthecity@gmail.com with pictures and details.
*Defective items MUST have tags attached in order to be replaced/refunded within our "Defective Items" Policy.
Jenny in the City is NOT responsible for any damages resulting from cutting into packaging with scissors/razor blade, washing incorrectly, or improper removal of any tags.
