Shipping:

$7.95 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders under $100

Free shipping on orders of $100 or more

Orders are shipped in 3-5 business (M-F) days

*Note: If free shipping is received and all items are returned from your order- shipping costs will be deducted from refund*

Local Pick Up:

You can choose to pick up your order at our St. Paul location for free (550 Vandalia Street Suite 122, St. Paul 55114)! After your order is received and we have pulled it, you will receive a notification that it is ready for pickup. 

*Orders not picked up after 6 months will be donated to a local charity/organization. There is no refund offered for orders not picked up*

Lost/Stolen Packages:

Please track your orders and notify Jenny in the City of any issues! Jenny in the City is not responsible for packages once they are marked "delivered." 

If your package is labeled "delivered" and you haven't seen it:

1. Check to see if you neighbors may have accidentally received it

2. Contact your local USPS directly with tracking info.

3. If your package is confirmed lost/stolen, please initiate a Lost/Stolen package claim with USPS. 

**We will not replace packages with USPS tracking confirming delivery**
